We are currently recruiting Mortgage Brokers on a self employed basis.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative.  The role will involve generating new mortgage business, maintaining good relationships with lenders, negotiating with borrowers and lenders, reporting and communicating to management on weekly performance, competition, local business development initiatives etc.
