We will then seek out a property suitable to your requirements.  We will view it for you, or with you, and we will carry out all negotiations on your behalf.  Once your offer has been accepted we will recommend solicitors, surveyors and all types of professionals that you don't have time to contact.  If you are renting we will prepare all the relevant paperwork including lease agreements, utility bills etc right up until the keys are handed over.

And if you have found that ideal home without using homefinder, but are nervous of bidding or being outbid, we will also negotiate the sale for you for a reduced fee.
